Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • On which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
  • On which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

📌 Compensation for value loss:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusions or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • The delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
  • The delivery of perishable goods or goods with a limited expiration date.
  • The delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days later and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur's control.
  • The delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts concerning:

  • The delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been removed after delivery.
  • The delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
  • The delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
